Too many forget that the heart of the Elderwood was once gentle and kind. Within its confines rested fae, sylvans, and dryads—creatures from another age, who looked upon humanity with curious eyes. Now only a scattered few remain, and fewer still, like Soraka, who regard humans fondly.

With his silver tongue, Twisted Fate tricked the lords of the living to offer their beloved starchild to Death in exchange for their own immortality. Little did they know, eternal life without their avatar of compassion and mercy would result only in eternal suffering…

Origins of the Order of the Banana date back nearly a year, when the idea of throwing a banana as a weapon first occurred to Soraka. Her and her fellow banana-ites swore an oath to uphold the Order of the Banana, promising to fling the yellow produce at anyone who decided to worship a different fruit. Especially pomegranates.

Good food can be healing, and Soraka works hard to imbue every single pastry she makes with delicious magic that leaves her customers feeling more spritely than when they first walked in. Though her origins are mysterious, the whole cafe agrees: Soraka's work is out of this world!

Long ago, a star shone above the First Lands, smiling as she gently lit the world below. But a stone giant envied the star's light, and tore her from the heavens. Heartbroken, the star plummeted to the earth. It is said to this day that the Stolen Star walks among mortals, bestowing her radiance upon them—a beacon of hope to some, but blinding to others.

A child of Sprouting Courage School monks, Soraka was expected to follow them, but she hated having the choice already made for her. Remembering the old tales of God Staff Jax, who believed true power came from assuming nothing, Soraka shunned her parents' wishes to train at the Flowing Intuition School. She'll earn immortality her own way.
